Jo’Tazshya Stephens
Jo’Tazshya Stephens is a junior and a second year staff reporter for the Brantley Banner. Through journalism, Jo’Tazshya discovered her love for writing interesting stories. She has written a variety of stories for the newspaper that involve topics such as sports and extra school activities. She wants to make sure that her readers stay interested in her stories that she writes. Jo’Tazshya is a second year varsity track and field runner. She also is a second year member of the Sunshine Club and participates in many of their activities that involve car washes and fundraisers. Despite the fact Jo’Tazshya enjoys journalism, she would like to pursue a career in the medical field. She would like to study at the University of North Florida or the University of Florida to gain her master’s degree. Jo’Tazshya is adopted and has one other blood sister who is younger than her and has four other siblings and other family members. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
