Brooke Holland

Brooke Holland, Editor-in-Chief

Senior Brooke Holland is a third year staff member and Editor-in-Chief for The Brantley Banner. In conjunction with being a part of Newspaper, Holland commits her energies to being President of Troupe 2888, President of Cinema Club, a member of multiple honor societies, and a Marvel cinematic universe enthusiast. She hopes to fully exploit the benefits of being on staff during her final year at Brantley along with being a positive encouragement and leader for her staff family.

T.V. Productions teacher Brian Keyes stands on the football field on  August 10th, 1981. Forty-one years later, Keyes has announced his decision to retire following the end of the 2021-2022 school year to pursue future projects, but not without leaving a footprint on the field, in the newsroom, and on the lives of many at school.

Members of the Turning Point United States of America (TPUSA) club stand with guest speaker Matt Morgan on Feb. 19. Our club leader has lots of connections and Matt Morgan was one of them and she was able to get a timeframe for him to come in, junior Morgan  Schinneman said. He went more in-depth with what he did as mayor of Longwood and how he got into politics.

An excessive amount of editing mistakes due to the film being rushed into theaters also contributed to the movies’ low ratings and bad reviews. In one of the scenes, actress Judi Dench is exposed with her human hand rather than that of a cat paw, wedding ring and all. There were additional instances where cats were seen floating in chairs, fur was misplaced for feathers and discoloration in the faces was apparent.
