Bowling Tournament Photo Story
Although bowling might not be the sport that Brantley is best known for, the bowling team is a very important part of the community on campus. Both the boys and girls bowling teams hold regular practices at Brunswick Lanes on top of participating in tournaments. These tournaments include high schools from the around the area, including Lake Mary, Lyman, and Oviedo High School. All of the teams had different uniforms displaying their school colors. One girls bowling team even had matching hair bows. This particular tournament was held at Oviedo Lanes on Monday, August 27. This tournament began at about 3:15 pm, meaning the players had to come straight from school, and lasted a few hours. The bowling balls were provided by the lanes, but most players brought their own shoes to bowl in.
