Staff Pick: Quarantine and Puzzles
While being stuck at home, boredom starts to fill the air and time starts to move slower. Puzzles are a way to take your mind off the slow moving time and help the stay at home order move faster. Putting together puzzles is a relaxing activity that any age can do while being quarantined. The great thing about puzzles is that they come in different sizes and carry numerous amounts of pieces ranging from under 300 to over 10,000 pieces, so you don’t have to worry about finding a puzzle perfect for you. Puzzles create unique pictures including food, scenic views, and nature scenes. Puzzles can bring people together as it starts many different conversations. When putting the pieces together, my family and I normally reminisce on the past and think about all the fun things that we did as a family. However, when people think of puzzles they normally think that they are just boring and they will quit in the middle but, when you start you just have to finish. People put together puzzles as they are relaxing and a great way to pass time. They are each unique and you never have to worry about if there is a puzzle for you.
